Abstrak
Pendahuluan : Kualitas pelayanan petugas di rumah sakit merupakan hal yang sangat esensial untuk kemajuan sebuah rumah sakit sebagai penyedia jasa pelayanan kesehatan. Adanya stress kerja yang di alami petugas kesehatan yang disebabkan oleh beban kerja yang berat akan berdampak pada pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan stres kerja tenaga kesehatan dengan kualitas pelayanan di UPT Puskesmas Medan Sunggal tahun 2023. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dari penelitian ini sebanyak 50 responden, dan sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan hasil uji statistik chi-square hubungan stres kerja dengan kualitas pelayanan p-value 0,006 < α (0,05), artinya ada Hubungan Stres Kerja Tenaga Kesehatan dengan Kualitas Pelayanan di UPT Puskesmas Medan Sunggal Tahun 2023. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara stres kerja tenaga kesehatan dan kualitas pelayanan di UPT Puskesmas Medan Sunggal Tahun 2023. Mayoritas tenaga kesehatan mengalami stres kerja sedang (52%), sementara 66% responden menyatakan ketidakpuasan terhadap pelayanan. Uji chi-square menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara kedua variabel tersebut (p-value 0,006 < 0,05), sehingga diperlukan pengelolaan stres kerja yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan.
