Indonesia Pengaruh Edukasi Terstruktur Berbasis Booklet Terhadap Kepatuhan, Kualitas Hidup, Dan Kadar Glukosa Darah Sewaktu Pasien Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2 Di Puskesmas Kota Tasikmalaya, Jawa Barat, Indonesia

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh edukasi terstruktur berbasis booklet terhadap kepatuhan pengobatan, kualitas hidup, dan kadar glukosa darah sewaktu pada pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2 di Puskesmas Kota Tasikmalaya. Penelitian menggunakan desain quasi-eksperimental dengan rancangan pretest–posttest with control group. Sebanyak 72 responden dibagi menjadi kelompok intervensi (n=36) dan kelompok kontrol (n=36). Kepatuhan diukur menggunakan Morisky Green Levine Scale (MGLS), kualitas hidup menggunakan Diabetes Quality of Life–Brief Clinical Inventory (DQoL-BCI), dan luaran klinis dinilai dengan glukosa darah sewaktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada kelompok intervensi terjadi peningkatan kepatuhan yang signifikan (p<0,001), disertai penurunan kadar glukosa darah sewaktu yang signifikan (p<0,001). Kualitas hidup juga membaik secara signifikan dalam kelompok intervensi (p<0,001), namun perbedaan kualitas hidup antar kelompok pada posttest tidak bermakna (p=0,317). Perbaikan kualitas hidup pada kedua kelompok kemungkinan dipengaruhi oleh pelayanan rutin Puskesmas, perhatian berulang selama penelitian (hawthrone effect), serta dukungan kader atau lingkungan yang tidak terukur secara khusus. Analisis ANCOVA menunjukkan bahwa setelah mengontrol variabel perancu, edukasi terstruktur berbasis booklet berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pengobatan (p<0,001) dan kadar glukosa darah sewaktu (p=0,048), tetapi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas hidup (p=0,055). Disimpulkan bahwa edukasi terstruktur berbasis booklet efektif meningkatkan kepatuhan pengobatan dan memperbaiki kadar glukosa darah sewaktu, namun belum menunjukkan pengaruh yang bermakna terhadap kualitas hidup pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2.
